5. If the Ownership of the Newspaper and Magazine is Transferred:

(1) A person, who obtains the ownership of the publication of newspapers and magazines by virtue of transfer pursuant to Section 8 of the Act, shall inform to the Local Authority of such transfer in a format as referred to in Schedule-8.
(2) The Local Authority shall maintain the information in the Registered Book as referred to in Schedule-7 upon receiving information pursuant to Sub-Rule (1).
