3. Establishment of Corporation :

3.1 There shall be established 8 a Nepal Water Supply Corporation for providing clean drinking water regularly and making proper arrangements of the system of sewerages in such areas as may be specified by the Government of Nepal, by a Notification in the
Nepal Gazette,………. 9

3.2 The Head Office of the Corporation shall be located in the Kathmandu Valley.

3.3 Other offices of the Corporation may be located in any part of Nepal,… 10 as may be required.
