1. Short Title and Commencement

1. Short Title and Commencement :

1.1 This Act may be called as “Nepal Water Supply Corporation Act, 2045 (1989)”.

1.2 It shall come into force on such date as appointed by Government of Nepal by a Notification in the Nepal Gazette.
