29. Repeal and saving:

(1) Nepal Mines Act, 2023 (1966) is, hereby, repealed.
(2) The licenses relating to minerals issued under Nepal Mines Act, 2033 (1966) and actions undertaken in that connection, shall be deemed to have been issued or undertaken under this Act.
