An Act made to provide for matters concerning to Mines and Minerals
Preamble:
Whereas, in order to maintain convenience and economic welfare of the public-in-general and for rapid economic development of the country, it is expedient to develop mines and minerals deposit existing in the country; Now, therefore, be it enacted by His Majesty King Birendra Bir Bikram Shah Dev on the advice and with the consent of the Rastriya Panchayat.
