An Act enacted to provide for Supreme Court

Preamble: Whereas, it is expedient to make some legal provision relating to Supreme Court,

Now, threrfore, be enacted by the Parliament in the Twentieth year of the reign of His Majesty’s the King Birendra Bir Bikram Shahadev.
