1. Short title, extent and commencement:

(1) This Act may be called as  “Nepal Medical Council Act, 2020 (1964)”.
(2) This Act shall come into force all over Nepal.
(3) Section 1 of this Act shall come into force immediately and  other Sections of this Act shall come into force at such area and from
such date as Government of Nepal may, by a Notification in the Nepal Gazette, appoint.
