In compliance with the Sub-rule (4) of Rule 88 of the Customs Rules, 2064, I/We inform you that I/We have appointed following licensed Customs Agent for the following time period to clear the following consignment of goods for export or import through the land route of your office. I/We abide by the provisions made in the Customs Act 2064 and Customs Rules, 2064. Copy of evidence regarding  our business and license of the customs agent are enclosed. If deemed necessary,  I/We shall submit true copy.
